Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of personal information by contacting GSPTeck or by using the Account Deletion Request page.

Upon verification of a request, we will make reasonable efforts to delete applicable personal information unless retention is necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security purposes, enforcement of agreements, legitimate business operations, regulatory compliance, or preservation of anonymized or aggregated datasets.

Certain anonymized, aggregated, inferred, statistical, pseudonymized, or de-identified information may not be removable where it no longer reasonably identifies an individual.
